Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to Applicants, Employees and Customers
- Fill client shifts with a sense of urgency - placing the right person with the right job
- Entering scheduled shifts into database
- Conduct customer and employee confirmations on a daily basis
- Oversee employee onboarding
- Maintaining employee profiles including required credentialing
- Assist department lead with recruiting for needs
- Basic administrative duties
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of successful scheduling and/or recruiting experience
- Staffing industry experience is a +
- Administrative and organization skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in-person
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Salary
Salary can start up to $40,000.00/year dependent upon skillset and experience.
