Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's LAP sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Team Management: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and objectives for the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and offer appropriate LAP solutions.
Sales Operations: - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to disbursal of loans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the LAP or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
