- Assist in monitoring and tracking the progression of active claims and cases
- Help track the progress of cases and claims
- Follow confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to gather information
- Save and organize documents in the firm’s system
- Update case information in the database
- Draft basic letters and documents
- Assist with filing insurance claims
- Help manage calendars and important deadlines
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation
