Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will support the ongoing improvement and effective operation of business systems supporting Sales, Marketing, and other business units within the lead-to-customer process. With a strong functional and technical understanding of assigned business applications, you will collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to understand business needs, resolve system issues, and deliver process improvements. You will research trends, analyze data, and make recommendations that improve system usability, efficiency, and data quality. Working within the team and with cross-functional partners, you will administer, configure, test, and support integrations, automations, and enterprise applications. The BSA III will independently manage assigned work while escalating complex issues and contributing to team standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational aspects of assigned business systems, including administration, configuration, training, and documentation
- Apply established best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Analyze business processes across the organization and identify areas for improvement and automation
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements for execution using agile methodologies
- Participate in ticket triage and provide input into backlog prioritization for managed systems
- Create and maintain workflow diagrams, data models, and other analysis artifacts to support development and decision-making
- Configure and build integrations and automations using approved native integrations, platforms, and development approaches, with guidance for complex solutions
- Extract, scrub, quality control, normalize, and model data, following guidelines
- Complete assigned tickets including functional/technical development, testing, review, UAT, and deployment while communicating progress and blockers
- Deploy changes outside of normal business hours as necessary to minimize disruption
- Engage vendor support via designated channels and field escalations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- 5+ years relevant work experience in Business Systems administration and integration
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and workflows supporting Sales, Marketing, and other related Revenue teams
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, elicit requirements, and document functional and system requirements in an agile environment
- Experience extracting (eg: SQL), translating, and presenting data as well as modeling data for integration, automation, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects using established project management or agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with and administration of multiple business systems across the spectrum, such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo), data enrichment (Zoominfo, Clearbit), automation/integration middleware platforms (eg: Workato, Tray.io, Boomi)
- QA/testing experience, including end user acceptance (UAT) testing

- Experience working in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or fast-growing SaaS environment (a plus!)

Benefits
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $106,660.00 to $144,000.00
Salary Range for Illinois Residents Only: $82,960.00 to $112,000.00
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2026, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
