Mission Overview:
As part of a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will engage in the JustCase program, a central case management system for the judicial domain. This program involves several major projects and remains in an active development phase, requiring strong project governance to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies).
- Coordinate teams (business, ICT, external partners).
- Manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Provide reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management).
- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices.
Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO).
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical and structured mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in public sector or justice domain.
- Knowledge of case management systems.
- Experience in digital transformation programs.
