Position Summary
As a Production Worker, you will be a vital part of our daily manufacturing operations. This hands-on, role that supports the production floor by handling end-of-line packaging, general assembly tasks, and basic quality checks. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support: Perform general tasks along the production line, including accurately packing and sorting finished products.
- Material Handling: Assist in preparing workstations and moving materials safely throughout the production floor to keep operations running smoothly.
- Quality Assurance: Follow basic work instructions and utilize measurement tools (such as calipers and tape measures) to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operational Excellence: Perform all tasks safely, follow detailed instructions, and maintain exceptional punctuality and attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior manufacturing experience not required but preferred; we will provide full on-the-job training.
- Work Ethic: Exceptional dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to learn new processes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active, physical tasks throughout the shift.
