AI Workflow & Reporting Intern (Distribution Services)

Join Manulife Singapore's Distribution Services – Compensation team and help drive the transformation of operational processes through AI-enabled workflows, automation, and data-driven reporting. As an AI Workflow & Reporting Intern, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance management reporting through AI and intelligent automation solutions.

This role offers hands-on exposure to how AI can be practically applied to improve business operations within a leading financial services organization.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the identification and assessment of compensation operational processes that can be enhanced through AI, automation, and workflow digitisation.
• Assist in designing and testing AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.
• Analyse business processes and reporting requirements to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of performance and compensation dashboards, visualisations, and management reports using available analytics and AI tools.
• Assist with data preparation, quality reviews, and reporting insights to support operational decision-making.
• Research emerging AI, automation, and reporting capabilities relevant to Distribution Services - compensation functions.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and communications materials to support adoption of new workflows.
