• Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives that improve TBM effectiveness 

• Own advanced system configurations, formula writing, and complex custom field setups 

• Build and optimize the automated data pipeline to eliminate manual data handling 

• Enforce the TBM Council taxonomy standards within the data models, ensuring all infrastructure, application, and project costs map cleanly to business-facing services 

• Oversee data integrations 

• Partner with data providers to establish robust API connections and data transfer protocols 

• Maintain the underlying cost models and allocation scripts, ensuring any changes to the financial structure or agile delivery model are structurally updated in the tools  

• Establish operating models, governance structures, and standards 

• Architect platform self-service features so the Senior Analyst and business users can independently generate reports without requiring ongoing code changes 

• Maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, integration logic mappings, and environment change logs 

• Lead analysis of technology costs, investments, resources, portfolios, and business value 

• Lead continuous improvement efforts and capability maturity advancement 

• Provide mentorship and direction to Sr Analysts 

• Other Duties as Assigned  

Education / Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Engineering, or a highly technical equivalent. 
• 5-7 years in a technical systems role, with at least 3 years directly configuring Apptio One, Apptio Planning, or Targetprocess (or similar SPM platforms like Jira Align and ServiceNow). 

Technical Capabilities: 

• System scripting – Proven efficiency in writing data transformation scripts, advanced platform expressions, or using script-based configuration tools. 
• Integration Expertise – Strong experience with data integrations, ETL processes, and working with REST APIs to transfer data between enterprise ecosystems. 
• Agile Mechanics – Deep understanding of agile deliver structures (epics, features, user stories) inside Targetprocess and how they translate to labor rates.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year.

 

 

 

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
