Job Requirements:
- Active NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
- Must be willing to work in Nassau or Queens County
- Proficient in English, Bilingual Preferred
- Reliable Transportation
- Comfortable working with bedbound clients, transfer or hoyer lift experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
