Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is active collaboration with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles is a key activity to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement within the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration and transformation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA architecture and its integration with other SAP modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
