Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and ensuring that updates are properly documented to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, focusing on analyzing issues and driving timely resolutions. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting continuous operational excellence across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and service continuity.
- Lead efforts to document and update knowledge base articles to support efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in managing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data modeling issues and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Skilled in maintaining and enhancing data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
