Office Coordinator
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Hours: Full-time, office based
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly regarded luxury business based in Central London.
Working within an exclusive and quality-focused environment, this is a varied position combining client service, order coordination and general office operations. You'll become an important part of a close-knit team, helping to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service while keeping the day-to-day running of the office organised and efficient.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Office Coordinator or Client Services professional looking to take on a broader role within a unique and prestigious business.
What you'll be doing
You'll have a varied workload and will support across a number of areas, including:
- Taking and progressing client orders, providing updates and ensuring requirements are followed through
- Speaking with clients by telephone and email and providing a professional, high-quality service
- Maintaining stock levels and coordinating the ordering of products, packaging and office supplies
- Keeping accurate records of stock movements and client information
- Liaising with suppliers and external service providers
- Supporting client and company events, including invitations, lunches, dinners and internal social events
- Providing basic finance administration, including allocating costs and taking payments
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
- Acting as a point of contact for facilities including IT, alarms, air conditioning and other office services
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, polished and comfortable working in a small business where everyone plays an important part.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within administration, office coordination, client services or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
- Experience within a luxury, premium, professional services or high-end client environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential
