Franklin Electric is looking for accounting & finance candidates with drive, energy and enthusiasm. As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact contributing to projects within one of our finance departments: Commercial Finance, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Operations & Supply Chain Accounting & Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax or Treasury.

What You Need:
- Communication – Delivers accurate, clear, and concise messages orally and/or in writing.
- Problem Solving – Uses a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem, determining the most likely cause by eliminating potential causes of a problem.
- Decision Making – Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares alternatives and makes timely decisions.
- Business Process Knowledge – Understands the process steps and purpose of the important business processes used by finance and accounting teams
- Enrolled in College (required).
- Pursuing a Finance or Accounting related degree (required)
- Junior or Senior standing, completed Sophomore year (preferred)
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Microsoft Operation Systems (Required)
- Microsoft Office (Required); Specific emphasis on Excel (required)
