Resident Services Manager - Herriman, UT

SUMMARY:

This at-will position is responsible for overseeing the Resident Services Team and creating an environment of excellence for our full-time residents, and Airbnb guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require:

• Overseeing the Airbnb program – responding to inquiries, correspondences, and requests in the absence of front desk concierge. Approving discounts, adjustments, and special requests. Responsible for ordering and taking inventory of items that need to be replaced. Assist with issues, check ins, check outs, and deliveries as needed in the absence of front desk concierge.

• Managing the resident services team, and assisting with any extra support in team members’ daily tasks

• Schedules reservations for clubhouse rentable spaces. Coordinates payment and paperwork processing for clubhouse reservations. Credits deposits back to resident accounts after receiving approval from front desk concierge regarding the reservation

• Provides outstanding customer service to all guests/residents

• Assists guests and residents in proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, as necessary

• Knows all essential aspects of our community operations

• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all guest/residents, vendors, and merchants

• Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks

• Works collaboratively with any community associates

• Coordinates work orders and other apartment or community issues with the maintenance team. Communicates with residents for work order follow up.

• Handles resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests. Prepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in accordance with Company standards.

• Creates and posts resident notices and communicates with residents regarding purpose and solutions. Creates and posts vendor or maintenance notices

• Manages residential rentable/assigned items such as carports, storage units, garden plots

• Follows procedures for renewals, move-outs, and other residential lease adjustments including payment and paperwork processing

• Plans, coordinates, and completes monthly events for resident retention. Creates positive relationships and focuses on celebrating, congratulating, and expressing gratitude for our residents
