Product Analyst – Passenger Service Systems

Join our Order Business Domain and help shape the evolution of Amadeus’ Passenger Service System (PSS). In this role, you will support critical ticketing and electronic document systems, helping millions of passengers travel smoothly.

You’ll work in a collaborative, Agile environment, partnering with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you'll

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with system architecture.
• Validate delivered functionalities and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and customer-facing teams.
• Help investigate and resolve system issues alongside team members.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and solutions.

Your Profile

• Ability to interpret requirements and propose practical, user-focused solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in airline industry processes and technology (experience in ticketing or Passenger Name Record (PNR) systems is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Agile methods and collaborative delivery models.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a changing business and technical environment.
