At Liberty Software, we proudly partner with client pharmacies across the country, helping them support their patients with powerful, user-friendly software. We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Product Analyst who will partner with a Product Owner to evaluate product capabilities and needs, gather and document requirements, design features, and support sprint execution throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:
- Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Write clear, well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, functional designs, and product workflows
- Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process
- Assist in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product features
- Support user acceptance testing by validating that delivered features meet documented requirements
- Support beta customer programs by capturing feedback and organizing it into actionable items
- Analyze product data and usage metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to product management and development teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, information Systems, or related field preferred
- 2 (two) or more years in a product, business analysis, or pharmacy operations role; prior product analyst experience is preferred; relevant software or pharmacy industry experience will also be considered
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems is highly desirable
- Retail pharmacy experience as a technician or pharmacist is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with excel and comfort working with date; SQL experience is a strong plus
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and software development processes, including experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document complex information clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to learn a complex clinical domain quickly
