Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will concentrate on expanding the Installed Base (IB) and promoting the full range of Service products. You will also showcase your experience by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring efficient response to specific customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is: primarily onsite, with some flexibility for remote work, in line with ABB's guidelines and policies.

This role is contributing to the Electrification - Service business in Greece.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Preparing and submitting technical/commercial offers and handling customer’s requests.
• Promoting the entire ABB Electrification Service portfolio, including Digital, Care, Modernization and Advisory Products and Services.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers by providing smart, digital & value-based solutions.
• Understanding the commercial strategy and the establishment of related prices.
• Preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.
• Generating service sales leads and developing new opportunities by utilizing market trend information and by understanding ABB’s Installed Base dynamic.
• Daily utilizing of our various digital platforms for both selling and managing processes.
• Handling customer's claims, potential conflicts of interest, minor technical support cases, etc. 

Qualifications for the role:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Sales experience (3 to 7 years)
• Previous experience in specific segments (including Datacenters, Industries, etc) will be appreciated
• Digital Abilities & technical knowledge of MV/LV distribution market will be highly appreciated.
• The ability to work in a team & to develop and manage customer relationships
• A collaborative, innovative approach, with clear written and spoken communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
• Fluent proficiency in Greek and English
• Experience of CRM software (Salesforce, SAP) will be appreciated
• Driving license
