Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager
Magnusmode
THE COMPANY
Magnusmode builds accessible customer experience solutions that help enterprise and public-sector organizations serve customers of all abilities. Our flagship product, MagnusCards, delivers step-by-step visual guidance that lets people independently navigate real-world enterprise services on their own device. Financial institutions, transit authorities, and airports use Magnusmode to meet rising accessibility expectations and regulatory obligations (including ADA and Accessible Canada Act requirements) while measurably improving the customer experience.
Magnusmode partners with 60+ organizations reaching roughly 192,000 end users, including major banks, transit authorities, and airports. We operate in a category with no direct rival today, and we're building the market expertise and positioning to own that space outright. As the company scales its go-to-market motion, we're building out a dedicated new-business sales function to drive the next phase of growth.
POSITION
The Regional Sales Manager owns Magnusmode's new-business sales motion end to end, prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role for someone who can independently build and run an enterprise pipeline in a considered, relationship-driven sales environment with multi-stakeholder cycles and multiple buyer personas (CX and Operations leaders, accessibility/compliance stakeholders, and executive sponsors).
You'll work closely with Magnusmode's Relationship Manager, who owns onboarding, retention, and day-to-day account health for the existing partner base. Your focus is new Inclusion Partners and expansion opportunities, with enough account fluency to identify expansion potential within existing partners and to hand off cleanly once a partnership deal closes.
We're looking for a self-directed relationship builder who understands enterprise sales cycles and can carry a complex, multi-stakeholder deals all the way to signature.
This role reports to the Business Unit Leader and is central to Magnusmode's next chapter of growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the full new-business sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Magnusmode's core verticals — banking and financial services, transit authorities, and airports — plus emerging segments as they're identified.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to reach CX, Operations, and accessibility/compliance decision-makers at target accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that translate Magnusmode's accessibility mission into a clear business case — compliance risk reduction, measurable CX ROI, and operational impact.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts and coordinate with the Relationship Manager to pursue them without disrupting account health.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline (HubSpot) — accurate stage tracking, deal values, and activity logging to support forecasting and reporting.
- Represent Magnusmode at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and trade shows to build pipeline and brand visibility.
- Partner with marketing and leadership on messaging, positioning, and case study development to support sales conversations.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting to leadership.
- Stay current on the accessibility, CX, and compliance landscape to sharpen positioning and competitive strategy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, with specific examples of complex deals you personally advanced to signature - not just sourced, managed, or kept engaged.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with executive-level buyers, from contact to contract
- Existing relationships or a professional network in relevant sectors (financial services, transit, aviation, or accessibility/CX) are strong assets.
- Strong command of CRM discipline and pipeline management; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to translate a mission-driven product into a business case for stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating with a lean team and limited existing infrastructure; builds process rather than waiting for it.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with the judgment to manage both new-business pursuit and light account coordination.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support prospecting, research, and CRM efficiency - e.g., AI-assisted account research, deal scoring, or sales enablement tools
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
