Position Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and off site (customers and other locations.)
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs.
- Repair and install new systems in the field.
- Keep work area/truck clean and organized.
- Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
- Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.

Education:
- High School degree or GED required.
Experience:
- Five years hydraulic experience is preferred.
Skills taught after hire as needed:
- ISO Training, Safety Training, Product Training, System Design, Quality Training
Certificates & Licenses:
- Fluid Power Technician Certification Preferred
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Work Environment
- Works in indoors/outdoors in an uncontrolled environment
