This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Product Owner to support the continued evolution and delivery of the Salesforce-based Client Management Center (CMC) platform. This individual will contribute to the established product vision, translate business priorities into executable plans, and coordinate delivery across multiple lines of business.
The successful candidate will combine Salesforce product ownership experience with an understanding of banking sales and servicing processes. The role requires disciplined execution, sound judgment, and effective partnership across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance organizations.
Responsibilities:
Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
Contribute to the established Salesforce Client Management Center (CMC) product vision and prioritize the backlog and feature delivery in alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the Salesforce business owner and subject matter expert, identifying improvements to automation, reporting, integrations, workflows, and user experience.
Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable clear and efficient technology delivery.
Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and coordinate dependencies, governance requirements, production readiness, and implementation activities.
Align business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance partners on priorities, delivery decisions, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related product role.
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a large enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Lightning Experience, automation, reporting, workflow capabilities, and integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience translating business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technology solutions.
Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum practices, and product lifecycle management.
Experience working within release management, change governance, and risk management frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and delivery commitments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and resolve conflicts across business and technology teams.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated success using Salesforce to improve client coverage, relationship management, operational workflows, or measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of banking products, client sales and servicing processes, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
Experience contributing to an established product strategy and executing complex roadmaps within a large, highly matrixed organization.
Experience executing enterprise-scale product ownership activities involving multiple stakeholder groups, delivery dependencies, and technology teams.
Ability to use operational data, performance measures, and business insights to inform prioritization and delivery decisions.
Experience delivering solutions across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance organizations in a regulated financial-services environment.
Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to improve business analysis, requirements definition, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and product delivery.
