Description
As a Strategy & Governance Specialist (A2) you will support the effective delivery of AOIA’s strategic objectives by providing structured governance, high‑quality reporting, and insightful analysis across four core business pillars - Client Experience, Operational Excellence, Risk and Resiliency Management and Employee Engagement. The role enables senior leaders to make informed decisions through strong execution discipline, risk visibility, and data‑driven insights.
You will:
- Under support and direction execute day-to-day activities related to running the business, aligned to strategic priorities and the impact on the four business priority pillars: Client Experience, Operational Excellence, Risk and Resiliency Management and Employee Engagement.
- Assist in the production of cyclical or ad hoc key metrics and reporting to support business decisions and facilitation of meetings
- Track adherence to initiatives and processes aligned to the core pillars including but not limited to Client Sentiment and Client Excellence, the AOIA and Global Delivery Risk Profile, Org Design, Operating Model, Productivity and Global Footprint Strategy
- Assist in the support of escalation processes to AOIA senior management, ensuring risks, issues, and progress updates are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated
- Leverage technology, including AI tools, to drive process efficiencies and workload optimization
- Provide support and knowledge sharing to colleagues as part of day‑to‑day collaboration and continuous improvement
- Assess measure and manage risk exposure as part of standardized business practices; immediately address and escalate issues, as appropriate
- Collaborate and contribute to projects and analysis for internal strategic initiatives and transformational activities
- Foster deep relationships with Global and Regional internal clients (inside and outside of GD) and colleagues to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking/ financial sector
- Finance/data/business analysis experience
- Effective time and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and communications skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge on data visualization software e.g. Tableau software preferred
This role requires you to work in hybrid model (minimum 3 days/week)
Minimum Salary:
zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
