Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organization’s IT roadmap, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business goals, retail operations, and long-term growth.
  
• Oversee the delivery and performance of IT infrastructure, business applications, retail systems, network operations, cybersecurity, and data platforms across all locations.
  
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, business intelligence, and overall competitiveness.
  
• Establish IT governance, policies, security controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks to ensure reliable and secure technology operations.
  
• Lead the IT organization by developing high-performing teams, managing technology budgets and vendors, and fostering strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  
• 8–12 years of IT experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in retail or other multi-site industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and retail technology.
  
• Proven experience leading IT operations, digital transformation, and large-scale technology projects.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
