Your Responsibilities
- Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external IT partners, creating clear priorities, responsibilities and efficient ways of working.
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and the wider group/holding framework.
- Take overall responsibility for stable, secure and efficient IT services across offices, remote employees and the ship fleet.
- Steer external providers, contracts and SLAs, ensuring quality, performance and cost efficiency.
- Prioritise and lead IT projects, technology implementations and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation.
- Ensure appropriate security standards, data protection, risk management and compliance requirements are implemented and maintained.
- Own the IT budget and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value.
- Advise Management and key stakeholders on technology, digitalisation, IT risks and future business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology, processes, efficiency and the digital experience for employees and guests.
- Coordinate IT operations across offices and the ship fleet, ensuring reliable services and effective escalation management.
- Act as the central interface between Management, internal users, shipboard teams, Group IT and external providers.
- Establish and monitor IT service standards, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved.
- Lead the selection, implementation and rollout of IT solutions, from requirements gathering through to implementation and user adoption.
- Ensure effective cybersecurity, access management, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Manage IT assets, software licences, subscriptions and contracts, ensuring efficient utilisation and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor IT budgets, forecasts and investment proposals, providing transparent reporting to Management.
- Ensure IT solutions are scalable and future-ready, supporting continued business and fleet growth.
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation and process improvement, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written, additional languages are an asset.
