Title: Technical support specialist - L1
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Onsite position with shifts rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers using NCR Voyix Hospitality solutions, including Aloha POS.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems.
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and point-of-sale (POS) issues.
- Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve customer problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce/NEOS.
- Follow established support procedures and service standards.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
- Continuously develop technical and communication skills through training and coaching.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
