People Business Partner - Belux

Overview

We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner to support business leaders in driving transformation, organizational effectiveness, and great employee experiences.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape and execute people strategies that support business priorities. You'll combine strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, leading change initiatives, simplifying processes, and implementing people solutions that enable business growth and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational transformation, change initiatives, and people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise leaders on talent management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and continuously improve people processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, relocation, immigration, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement people programs, policies, and solutions.
• Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and enhance the employee experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor and change champion, helping leaders and teams successfully navigate change and build high-performing organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably within a matrixed FMCG or multinational environment.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders and driving organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Belgian labour legislation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Agile and inquisitive mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, process simplification, and challenging the status quo.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
