One of Australia's largest and most established privately owned construction groups, with a history spanning more than a century and an exceptional portfolio of landmark projects, is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join its Brisbane delivery team. The appointment is to a major A$280M+ luxury residential development, comprising a 25-storey tower with 181 luxury apartments, extensive resident amenities and landscaped areas. This is a key site delivery role requiring an accomplished Finishes Foreman who can take ownership of the complete finishes and fit-out programme, driving multiple trades and work fronts through to Practical Completion and handover.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will:

• Lead all finishes and fit-out works through to Practical Completion and handover
• Coordinate partitions, ceilings, joinery, tiling, painting, flooring, glazing, fixtures and final fit-out
• Drive progressive fit-out across apartments, common areas and amenities
• Plan and sequence subcontractors, labour, materials and access to maintain programme
• Coordinate architectural finishes with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, workmanship and quality
• Review drawings and resolve design, constructability and coordination issues
• Manage QA, ITPs, inspections, defects and rectification
• Drive progressive completion and defect close-out across individual floors and areas
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, Practical Completion and final handover
• Maintain strong safety, housekeeping and protection of completed works

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Finishes Foreman / Finishes Supervisor
• Strong multi-storey or high-rise residential experience
• Demonstrated experience taking projects through the complete finishes cycle to Practical Completion
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit-out sequencing and services interfaces
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades across numerous floors and work fronts
• Strong QA, defects management and project close-out capability
• Excellent subcontractor management, planning and site leadership skills
• Premium residential or high-end finishes experience highly regarded
