Legal Client Liaison
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
£13 per hour
Northampton- Grange Park

Our well-established legal client is looking for a Client Liaison to join their team and act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients. This is a client-focused role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clients first interaction with the business from the initial enquiry, ensuring clients receive clear information and a professional service from their first interaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling incoming calls and initial enquiries.
- Confidently speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
- Set up new clients on the internal system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
- Talk clients through the necessary information and registration process.
- Prepare and send client care documentation in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they have received the required information and answer any questions.
- Liaise with the wider team regarding client requirements and next steps.
- Arrange and book client appointments where required.
- Follow up on initial enquiries and leads to maximise conversion.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete general administrative duties.
- Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
- Ensure all processes are followed in line with relevant legal regulations and company procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a professional, confident and organised individual with a strong telephone manner and excellent client-facing skills.
- Previous legal, customer service, sales or recruitment experience is desirable.
- Law degree or legal experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong administration and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Professional approach with an understanding of legal regulations.
- Proactive, with a strong focus on client service.
