• Strong foundation in internationally branded properties
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Working experience in Maldives is a must
• Strong experience managing multicultural teams
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury boutique environment
• People oriented leader with strong team engagement skills
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Culturally and environmentally sensitive
• Passionate, creative, and committed
• Dynamic, hands on and resourceful
• Strong commitment to service delivery and attention to detail
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
