What you'll be doing:
Supporting our HR operations in Bulgaria, specifically managing pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
Liaising with future joiners, preparing employment contracts, maintaining accurate employee records, and entering all required information into Workday.
Supporting the offboarding process by preparing end-of-employment documentation and ensuring all relevant employee records and actions are completed within Workday.
May provide support to other countries based on business needs.
Provide ad hoc support across a variety of HR administrative activities, including audits, process improvement initiatives, exit interviews, and other time-bound projects as identified by the People Operations Manager.
May manage employee inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support.
May provide support with benefits administration through specific ad hoc assignments.
Auditing, entering, updating, and maintaining employee data within HR systems.
Documenting and maintaining People Operations procedures within the Knowledge Base to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective service delivery.
Creating, issuing, and maintaining employment-related and HR documentation in accordance with Premier policies and applicable local employment regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Participating in and providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
What we are searching for:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or another related field is preferred. Minimum 2-4 years HR experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
Experience in preparing employment contracts and end-of-contract paperwork in Bulgaria
Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must
Strong knowledge of delivering shared services and understanding of HR systems, policies, and programs
Excellent command of the English and Bulgarian languages. Additional languages are a plus.
This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract on the Premier Research payroll with an immediate start and a duration until around January 2027 and will serve to support our People Operations team during a temporary increase in activity.
