An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a prestigious private members’ club in the heart of London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to develop their career within a highly regarded, quality-led hospitality environment. Working as part of an established brigade of approximately 34 chefs, you will be joining a busy and professional kitchen delivering consistently high standards across lunch and dinner services.
The operation caters for approximately 100 covers at lunch and 250 covers at dinner, making this an excellent role for a chef who enjoys the energy of a busy kitchen whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

- £39,000 package plus paid overtime
- Working 45 hours per week over 5 days
- Overtime paid for hours worked above 45 hours
- Early shift: 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Late shift: 3.30pm to 11.30pm
- Paid 30-minute break

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Working as part of a large, experienced kitchen brigade
- Preparing and cooking dishes to consistently high standards
- Taking responsibility for your section during service
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, organisation and food safety
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient services
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a quality restaurant, luxury hotel, private members’ club or similarly high-standard kitchen. You will be organised, passionate about food and comfortable working within a busy brigade.
