Pay Range
£29,000 - £37,500 per annum + uncapped commission
Job Description
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building relationships with marketing, creative and digital hiring managers
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates
- Developing new business and growing existing client partnerships
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
- Established desk with immediate earning potential
