Valoris Group is growing, and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Jnr Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Whiteley.

We are a specialist recruitment business operating across some of the fastest-growing technical markets in the UK, including Renewable Energy, Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Electrical, HVAC, Building Services, Facilities Management, Fire & Security and Construction.

Whether you are an experienced recruiter looking for somewhere you can genuinely build a career, or you are ambitious, commercially minded and want to learn recruitment properly, we want to hear from you.

This is not a call-centre recruitment environment.

If you enjoy the candidate side of recruitment and would prefer to focus primarily on resourcing and delivery, we can facilitate that too.

Not everyone wants to build a 360 recruitment desk, and we are happy to create a route that plays to your strengths.

What you could be doing

Depending on your experience and the route you want to take, your role could include:

Managing existing client relationships
Working live vacancies already held by Valoris
Developing new clients and accounts
Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Managing interview processes and offers
Negotiating salaries and recruitment fees
Developing your own specialist market
Using LinkedIn, CV databases, our CRM and sourcing technology
Building a strong candidate network
Becoming genuinely knowledgeable within your sector

For experienced recruiters, you will be given the freedom to run your desk like a business.

For junior consultants, we will teach you how to do it.

Junior Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment experience is not essential.

We are far more interested in whether you are competitive, confident, commercially minded, resilient and genuinely motivated to build a successful career.

You should be comfortable speaking to people, picking up the phone, learning quickly and working towards clear targets.

Sales, telesales, estate agency, automotive sales, hospitality management, account management or other target-driven experience would all transfer well.

Recruitment Consultant

You will ideally already have experience running a recruitment desk and generating revenue.

We want someone who can build strong relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies properly and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

If you already have an established market or client network, even better.

You will have autonomy without unnecessary layers of management slowing you down.

Your career trajectory
