Job Description Summary
The Inventory Lead Specialist oversees daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate material flow, SAP data integrity, and compliance with company procedures. This role provides leadership to the inventory team, drives continuous improvement, and supports cross functional operations across supply chain, logistics, and production.Job Description
Inventory & SAP Management
- Lead Work Order Management in SAP, including operation confirmations and coordination with shipping/logistics.
- Monitor and resolve COGI, Backflush, and open Transfer Order errors.
- Provide oversight for LL01, LU04, and LB11 while driving the implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Maintain Material Master accuracy, including MMRD setup for new parts.
- Provide SAP training and troubleshooting support for team members, both Specialists and Inventory personnel across both locations.
Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Own the Cycle Counting program execution and improvement as needed.
- Lead and support Physical Inventory preparation, planning, and execution.
- Monitor and ensure proper material put away operations while minimizing “dummy location” put‑aways and ensure proper material flow and accuracy.
- Maintain Standard Inventory Operating Procedures and ensure compliance.
- Oversee all MTD/ECN submissions to ensure they are thoroughly investigated, completed accurately, and within required timelines.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities.
- Provide daily guidance and support to inventory personnel.
- Serve as the primary authority for resolving high‑priority, complex inventory escalations.
General Support
- Assist warehouse and inventory operations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field with 3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of warehouse/inventory experience.
AND
- Strong SAP proficiency (MM/WM preferred).
- Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory accuracy programs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean/Kaizen experience preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $68,500.00 and $102,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
