- Review Unilever Purchasing Contracts, follow up PR to PO conversion, and coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure timely order placement, order execution, and material delivery.
- Manage inventory health by monitoring safety stock, stock coverage, replenishment, excess stock, ageing materials, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, write-off exposure, and stock depletion plans.
- Coordinate with Warehouse on pallet requirements, storage planning, material availability, and finished goods output alignment to support inventory policy and customer service objectives.
- Support NPD, relaunches, promotions, formulation changes, packaging changes, supplier changes, and discontinuations through timely master data setup, material readiness, phase-in and phase-out alignment, and transition risk management.
- Lead stakeholder alignment by communicating schedule revisions, planning updates, supply risks, recovery actions, and agreed decisions to Manufacturing, Response Planning, Supply Planning, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate planning master data in ERP and planning systems, including production versions, work standards, resource settings, lead times, MOQ, lot sizes, safety stock, supplier sources, material status, and planning parameters.
