You will do:
- You will work on one of the Cloud Infrastructure product - OMC to begin.
- You will be part of the PLM Team to perform the below duties.
- As part of PLM, you will handle and drive customer emergencies, troubleshoot customer scenarios in local lab, prepare RCA documents, Test and Deliver monthly product releases, recreate customer scenarios in local lab, Test upcoming product features and prepare for the upcoming support, drive feedback towards Design teams to enhance the product.
- Working closely with Customers will provide good insights into end to end deployments Past product support experience and the skills mentioned will help them to quickly learn the new product to contribute for the monthly patch releases.
- Good potential to grow technically, have the opportunity to work closely with Customer Units, PDU Architects and grow the knowledge and build a strong technical career, can later take up roles at PDU Level too.
You will bring:
- Hands-on experience with Networking (TCP/UDP, ICMP and DNS, etc.) OSI Layers, infrastructure services and security
- Virtualization (e.g., KVM, QEMU, libvirt) and Cloud technologies (e.g., OpenStack, CCD, Docker etc)
- Working experience on EMS/NMS or LCM Tools.
- Automation: Programming languages such as Python, Golang
- Working experience with AI Tools
- Extensive Product support Experience.
