Company Description

Our client is building the AI operating system for the industrial supply chain — connecting warehouses, manufacturers, logistics providers, and workers that power the physical goods people rely on every day.

The company began by tackling labor and building a staffing marketplace that provides industrial businesses with consistent, reliable temporary workforces. Since then, it has expanded into an AI and software layer designed to transform how industrial supply chain businesses operate.

The company is now building AI agents that help logistics providers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and other industrial businesses automate manual workflows, derive insights from operational data, and improve decision-making.

The product portfolio combines marketplace technology, staffing workflows, enterprise software, AI agents, operational data, and automation to solve complex problems across the industrial supply chain.

The team is approximately 75 people and operates in a fast-growing startup environment with a strong focus on customer impact, operational excellence, and rapid product development.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, ML teams, other product managers, operations, field teams, customers, and senior product leadership.

There are two primary product areas for this search:

Staffing AI: Own and evolve the core staffing and marketplace product, solving complex problems across customer demand, worker supply, matching, fulfillment, marketplace liquidity, and operational efficiency.

AI Agents / Neo AI: Join as a founding member of the Agents team and help build a 0-to-1 agentic platform that operates within customers' supply chain workflows, using AI to reason through complex processes, make decisions, and execute operational work.

Both tracks require strong product judgment, technical fluency, customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to operate with significant ownership in a fast-moving environment.
