A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and billing support throughout the lifecycle of restoration projects. You'll work closely with departments and team members to maintain accurate project information, prepare billing documentation, reconcile costs, and ensure client requirements are followed.
You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping project files organized and up to date. Your attention to detail and ability to identify missing information or discrepancies will help ensure accurate invoicing and support the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to understand and apply client-specific billing requirements and contractual agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team members when needed.
