DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Springfield, Missouri office!
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects
- Process project related paperwork to include contracts, change order tracking, and lien waivers, etc.
- Set up and maintain files on sold projects
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
- Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
