Xylem is seeking a Project Administrator to help support our Municipal Treatment Division!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Assist PM in clerical duties such as; gathering data and generate reports as required to support PM and staff;
• Communicating with inter Evoqua personnel; understand scheduling activities; preparing submittals; updating
schedules within SAP; attend schedule review meetings; attend large project review meetings and takes notes
and action items to follow up on;
• Support PM from an administrative clerical;
• Maintain project filing structure; creation of transmittals, warranty letters, close out checklists;
• Assist PM & PC with project closure;
• Tracking status of PO; placing Purchase req; may assist in various SAP data entry
• Tracking of PM utilization

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
o HS diploma or equivalent
o BS/BA degree or AA degree
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
o Candid and timely communication
o take initiative
o Proficient in MS office - Excel;
o detail oriented
o understanding of ERP system
o Advanced understanding of MS Office (project, word, excel)
o forward thinking
o basic business acumen
o basic project environment
