Job Title

Facilities Management Lead – Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi)

Job Description Summary

Lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across a multi-site corporate portfolio in Vietnam. This role provides country-level leadership across facilities operations, financial performance, stakeholder management, service delivery, governance, and people leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient, and consistently high-quality workplace experience across all locations.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Lead Facilities Management operations across a multi-site portfolio in Vietnam, ensuring consistent delivery of engineering, maintenance, workplace, security coordination, vendor services, and other facilities operations in line with contractual requirements, service standards, and business expectations.

  • Own country-level operational and financial performance, including annual budgets, forecasting, expenditure management, cost control, procurement, vendor performance, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, landlords, service providers, and regional teams, acting as the key country escalation point and proactively resolving operational challenges and evolving workplace requirements.

  • Lead governance, risk, compliance, business continuity, KPI/SLA performance, and continuous improvement across the portfolio, ensuring strong operational discipline and consistent execution of processes and standards.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Facilities Management teams across Vietnam, strengthening team capability, accountability, engagement, and collaboration while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant Facilities Management or technical qualifications would be advantageous.

  • Minimum 6–10 years of progressive Facilities Management, Property Operations, or Integrated Facilities Management experience, with demonstrated experience leading multi-site or multi-location operations and managing teams.

  • Strong operational management capability with sound knowledge of hard and soft Facilities Management services, vendor management, service delivery, governance, risk, compliance, and workplace operations within leased corporate environments.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasts, expenditure, cost control, contracts, and vendor performance, combined with the ability to identify efficiencies and maintain strong financial discipline.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with strong communication in Vietnamese and English and the confidence to engage senior business stakeholders, lead teams through change, and operate effectively within a multinational environment.
