Flex-Shift Team Member

Active Team Member with Chick-fil-A Sylacauga who works on a flexible, as-needed basis by picking up available house shifts. Great opportunity for adults looking for a secondary income that fits real life.

10am - 5pm / 7pm-11pm

• Hours are not guaranteed
• Available shifts may vary based on business needs
• Picking up shifts is the responsibility of the Flex Team Member
• Once a shift is accepted, the Flex-Team Member is responsible for fulfilling their commitment.
• Flex-Team Members are expected to remain knowledgeable of operational & policy updates.
