Analista de Suporte Técnico N1 (Redes de Computadores)

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

• Realizar troubleshooting em soluções Palo Alto Networks, incluindo Firewalls Next-Generation (NGFW), Panorama, GlobalProtect e demais tecnologias do fabricante;
• Analisar, diagnosticar e resolver incidentes de baixa e média complexidade relacionados a ambientes de Segurança da Informação;
• Efetuar a validação técnica e o tratamento de chamados aberto pelas revendas, garantindo qualidade e agilidade na resolução;
• Interagir diretamente com o TAC da Palo Alto Networks para escalonamento, acompanhamento e resolução de casos críticos;
• Participar e conduzir reuniões técnicas com o fabricante, clientes e equipes internas quando necessário;
• Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos, acompanhando a evolução dos chamados sob sua responsabilidade;
• Registrar detalhadamente análises, ações executadas, evidências e atualizações no sistema de chamados;
• Apoiar a identificação de problemas recorrentes e propor ações de melhoria contínua nos processos de suporte;
• Contribuir para a criação e manutenção de procedimentos técnicos, artigos de conhecimento e documentação operacional.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

• Ensino superior completo em Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
• Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico de redes ou em ambientes de Segurança da Informação;
• Conhecimentos em troubleshooting de soluções Palo Alto Networks;
• Experiência com análise de logs, captura e análise de tráfego de rede e investigação de incidentes;
• Conhecimento em protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VPN, SSL/TLS, BGP, OSPF e roteamento em geral);
• Conhecimento dos processos ITIL e boas práticas de gestão de incidentes;
• Inglês intermediário para comunicação com o fabricante (Palo Alto Networks);
• Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade.
   

Diferenciais

• Certificações Palo Alto Networks (PCNSE, NGFW Engineer ou superiores);
• Conhecimento em SIEM, XDR, SOC ou operações de Segurança da Informação;
• Conhecimentos em ambientes Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP);

• Escala Segunda à Sexta, das 09h às 18h;
