Description
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Welcome and assist applicants, employees, clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations, Recruitment, and Human Resources teams.
- Schedule interviews, orientations, meetings, and employee appointments.
- Maintain employee personnel files and confidential company records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employment documentation.
- Verify and organize employment paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory and purchasing.
- Assist with employee communications and company announcements.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Support recruiting efforts by communicating with applicants and coordinating interview schedules.
- Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Adobe PDF
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
