As a Senior Project Manager on our Installation team, you’ll own assigned projects from kickoff through final client handoff, including schedules, forecasting, project communication, vendors, subcontractors, materials, and overall execution. You’ll also serve as a mentor and go-to resource for our Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, helping solve challenges, improve processes, and strengthen the team as EyeQ continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned installation projects from kickoff through execution and final handoff to Customer Success
• Manage project financial and operational forecasting
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding project status and updates
• Coordinate installation schedules with technicians, customers, and general contractors
• Partner with Provisioning on hardware and software configuration and testing
• Work with Technical Services to coordinate network support across various operating systems
• Maintain accurate project trackers and backlogs to provide clear visibility into project progress and status
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and material vendors
• Procure project materials and labor, including negotiating pricing with vendors and subcontractors
• Identify project issues and drive them to resolution
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess installation and project quality
• Track and report project KPIs, including project variance, cycle times, and customer project ratings
• Serve as a mentor and resource for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers
• Partner with department leadership on process improvements and procedure documentation 

Requirements

  Required Qualities & Skillset 

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven ability to independently own and execute assigned projects from start to finish
• Strong ability to communicate and manage up effectively with department leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Authorized to work in the U.S. 

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in security integration project management
• Experience working with security integration installation technicians and subcontractors 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform a combination of desk work, driving, walking, standing, bending, and stooping
• Ability to use standard office equipment and read and prepare business documents
