Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the development and implementation of Procurement Digitalization Projects, combining functional perspectives from Procurement (PROC) families and applying both classical and agile project management methodologies
• Ensure digital procurement initiatives are integrated into strategic planning processes, securing leadership commitment, resources, and effective execution
• Lead the implementation of digital projects, acting as the main contact with IT and D&I Hub, ensuring alignment with the PROC roadmap and business needs
• Collaborate with PROC families, Business Process Owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and develop in-house solutions using best-in-class tools (e.g., ABBYY, Dataiku, Knime, RPA, Winshuttle), ensuring seamless integration and tangible benefits
• Develop no-code/low-code solutions and drive innovative digital solutions that improve procurement KPIs through digital projects, advanced analytics, and targeted investments
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within Procurement, helping build PROC digital literacy
• Help create digital procurement guidance, procedures, and standards (e.g., project templates, prioritization matrix, business cases, risk analyses) in line with company policies and strategy

Establish and maintain a digital procurement risk management framework (risk assessments, controls, mitigation) and support related training so teams can effectively use digital tools and solutions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Master’s degree in the area of Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management \- Business Management Degree (MBA) is advantageous
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Digital Solutions and 3 years in Digital Solutions in the Procurement field
• Global intercultural experience with demonstrated achievements in global Projects
• Strong experience in Project Management of worldwide cross-functional teams
• A strong digital mindset and a track record of implementation of digital/ innovative solutions, aligned with curiosity about digital solutions and AI
• Successfully managed relationships both with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
