Right Path Law Group, a growing Personal Injury law firm based in Northern Virginia, USA, is looking for a Remote Bilingual Case Manager to join our litigation team. This is a full-time, long-term remote position supporting real clients through real legal battles, from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Own

• Keep clients informed and reassured - provide consistent, compassionate case updates so clients always know where they stand
• Coordinate with medical providers - follow up on records, bills, and treatment documentation to keep cases moving
• Manage insurance communication - send notices of representation and communicate professionally with insurance adjusters on active files
• Own your case management data - maintain accurate, up-to-date records in MyCase and Lawmatics, so the team always has a clear picture
• Be the connective tissue - between attorneys, clients, providers, and insurers, you're the person who keeps every moving part aligned

You're the Right Fit If…

• You have prior experience in Personal Injury case management - you understand the lifecycle of a PI case and what it takes to move one forward
• You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish - you communicate professionally in both languages, written and spoken, without hesitation
• You are proficient in or willing to quickly learn MyCase and Lawmatics - technology is your ally, not your obstacle
• You are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time - clients and team are on EST, and responsiveness is non-negotiable
• You are organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed - you follow up before you're asked and close loops before they become problems
• You take ownership seriously - your name is on your files, and you treat them that way

Compensation & Details

• $8 – $9 USD per hour based on experience
• Full-time, fully remote - work from anywhere in Colombia
