Formación académica: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o afín.

Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 6 años en:

• Legislación Aduanera Mexicana
• Anexo 24 y 30, clasificación arancelaria
• Trade Compliance y Regulaciones Internacionales
• Logística y cadena de suministro  
• Reglas octavas, IMMEX, Vucem, Certificacion de IVA etc.
• conocimiento de Logística (programación de transportes, importaciones, etc)
• Ingles Avanzado

Responsabilidades

• Gestión Operativa de Comercio Exterior                                                                            
• Relación con Proveedores Logísticos                                                                                  
• Control Financiero y Análisis de Costos                                                              
• Cumplimiento Normativo y Trade Compliance                                                
• Auditorías y Gobierno Corporativo                                                                          
• Gestión de KPI’s y Mejora Continua                                                                       
• Liderazgo y Coordinación Interna

Principales competencias:

• Aplicar la Legislación Aduanera (Ley Aduanera, RGCE)                               
• Supervisar que se cumplan los Regímenes Aduaneros (IMMEX)
• Validar la clasificación Arancelaria
• Cumplimiento a loa Anexos 24 y 30
• Evalua desempeño y SLA´s
• Revisar y validad facturación
