YOUR MISSION

• Manage and coordinate inbound transportation activities across the EEMEA region, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and reliable delivery of goods from origin to warehouse destination.
• Oversee import customs clearance processes and ensure full compliance with Austrian, EU, and international customs regulations, while minimizing operational and compliance risks.
• Act as the key point of contact for Logistics Service Providers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Authorities, Warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
• Monitor shipment performance, freight costs, customs lead times, and operational KPIs, proactively identifying issues and driving effective solutions.
• Coordinate inbound warehouse activities, including capacity planning, delivery scheduling, goods receipt processes, and the resolution of delivery discrepancies, damages, and claims.
• Support customs audits, maintain customs-related master data and authorizations, and contribute to duty optimization and trade compliance initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics and customs processes through standardization, digitalization, automation, and operational excellence projects.
• Serve as SAP Key User for logistics and customs processes, ensuring accurate reporting, process documentation, and effective stakeholder support across the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams to support business objectives and deliver best-in-class supply chain performance.

YOUR TALENT

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound logistics, customs operations, international transportation, or warehouse and distribution processes.
• Degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs & Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, LE preferred), customs systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and external partners.
• Proactive, solution-oriented team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
