Responsibilities

New part-time opportunity for a Finance Assistant - Intern to join the Bruker Regional Finance Team based in Brazil.

• Process and schedule payments
• Review expense reports (Concur)
• Assist with reconciliations on accounts payables and accounts receivables processes in ERP 
• Assist with collection procedures
• Assist with support of credit analysis
• Provide support with accounting activities
• Input data for invoices and allocations on purchase processes
• Prepare weekly schedule of Bruker do Brazil
• Maintain storage of documents (such as tax, finance and accounting)
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Active College student with courses in progress to achieve Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team  
• Strong oral and written fluency in English language 
• Strong written, computer, quantitative communication and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
• Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements
• Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
