Inuru is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their team in Berlin, Germany. The role involves automating production lines with conveyor belts and robot systems, optimizing production processes connected with automation, and setting up automation parts for OLED production lines. The candidate will identify issues in the process and develop solutions, establish work plans for maintenance, and execute them. The position requires 4 years of experience in automation of semiconductor production lines and preferably experience in industrial production of OLED lighting or displays.

In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for an Automation Engineer
## Tasks
- Your field is the **Automation of production lines** with conveyor belts and robot systems
- You are responsible for **choosing, procuring and setting up** the automation parts of an OLED production line
- You are responsible for **optimizing production processes** in connection with automation. These include Ink Jet printing, annealing in inert gas conditions, PVD systems.
- You will **identify issues and challenges** in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues
- You set up operating mechanisms for the automation of individual processing parts of the production line
- You will be responsible to **establish work plans for maintenance and execute** them
## Requirements
- **4 years of experience in automation of semiconductor production lines** that use vacuum equipment, printing equipment and inert gas chambers
- Ideally **you have scaled up production processes** in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
- Ideally you have **proven experience** (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with printing processes
- Ideally you can **automatize production lines with robots and conveyor belts** that use high accuracy
- Experience in PLC programming and SMEMA
- Ability to **dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes**
- Preferably experienced in **setting up and operating vacuum equipment** for OLED production
- Self-motivated and creative/innovative
- **Data-driven** with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- **Strong team player**
